“Tic Tac” – (No. 88)

Tic Tac – was one of the most unusual looking dogs ever to grace PFT.  With a tongue hanging out, and concerns that he’d previously suffered a stroke.  Nope!  It was just that his tongue was too long for his mouth.  He arrived in a shameful and neglected condition.  He’s now fat, furry, healthy and adored by his besotted Mummy who also adopted another doggie of ours called Socksie.
