At the beginning of February PFT and other rescue groups participated in “Operation Chi Chi”, rescuing many chihuahuas from a very sad situation in Wagga Wagga. On 12 February three chihuahuas arrived at Chateau PFT, and three went to Foster Mummy Carol.
A big thanks goes to rescuer “L” for her massive part in this project. Operation Chi Chi has been one of the most rewarding and heartfelt projects Mrs PFT has worked on since becoming a Rescuer. From rescuers, foster carers, transporters, groomers, donators, vet staff and adopters…six happier and healthier little dogs. This is “rescue” at its very best. All six chihuahuas have now found their forever homes!
